What Is Consciousness
Consciousness is the foundation of all experience. The physical body is not separate from the greater consciousness it is merely a focal point within a vast, multidimensional consciousness field. Consciousness contains information from multiple lives, possibilities, and realities.
The physical body serves as an interface for consciousness to explore limitations and physical experiences, allowing growth and learning. Only a small fraction of total consciousness is focused on the physical experience approximately 5% represents the conscious physical mind, while 95% remains as the Higher Mind.
Insight: This number is symbolic, illustrating that most of consciousness remains outside physical focus.
The Consciousness Field
The universe can be viewed as an interconnected field of consciousness. Every thought, emotion, and intention influences this field. Consciousness translates energy into physical form, creating consistent experiences within possible reality patterns. Each human being is both a receiver and transmitter of this field.
The greater consciousness (Higher Mind / Higher Self) is non-physical and contains multiple possibilities of experience. The physical personality the identity you are living now is merely a very specific focus of this broader consciousness.
The Nature of Physical Reality
The most radical implication of this model is that we are not inside the physical universe the physical universe is inside consciousness. Consciousness creates or projects the experience of physical reality. The universe would be an experience within consciousness, not the other way around.

The Dream Analogy:
When you are dreaming, the entire scenario exists within your mind. Characters appear separate, but everything is within the same consciousness. Physical reality would be an extremely stable and shared type of dream.
The Video Game Analogy:
The body is like an avatar in a video game. The player is outside the game only part of their attention is on the avatar. The physical body is a biological interface that allows interaction with physical reality.
Connection with Modern Physics:

It is important to note that these theories do not prove the model they only show that the relationship between consciousness and reality remains a great mystery.
The Structure of Being
Reality is formed by beliefs, emotions, choices, and experiences. Everything we perceive is shaped by the interaction of consciousness with the field of possibilities. Each decision generates ramifications of reality lines, allowing multiple versions of life to coexist simultaneously. The linear perception of time is merely a tool of the mind to organize experience.
